At MSPCC, we know children and families, from all cultures and backgrounds, come to us from across Massachusetts with very different circumstances and needs. That's why our range of programs and services is designed to meet those individual needs while always keeping in mind our ultimate goal: promoting the rights and well being of children and families.

A Comprehensive Array of Programs and Services

MSPCC's programs and services include child abuse and intervention programs, mental health treatment, and adoption. Services are provided both in the home and through community-based locations across the Commonwealth. Whenever possible, MSPCC assists families in the home where true family dynamics occur. Support services, training, daycare and more are offered through the network of community-based centers. Both in the home and in community-based centers, MSPCC addresses the needs and concerns of multicultural and linguistic minority families. Who We Serve

The children and families that MSPCC serves vary greatly by circumstance, situation and reason for seeking or receiving services. They come from biological, adoptive, kinship, and foster families. Some have been referred by public or community agencies, others by family or friends, or in many cases they have found us on their own.

Program Evaluation

To ensure their effectiveness, in addition to meeting external licensing and accreditation standards, MSPCC programs are subjected to internal evaluation. At MSPCC, we're proud that our programs and services work and that evaluation results demonstrate marked success in improving parenting skills, reducing the incidence of child abuse and improving mental health.
