Are you a champion for children?

MSPCC Champions is a group of established and rising civic and business leaders.  They seek to be, and recruit, the next generation of philanthropists supporting the mission, works, and values of The Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.  This is accomplished through targeted education, outreach, fundraising, social networking, and service to the communities served by the Society.

The MSPCC Champions have selected MSPCC's Kid’s Day After School Program in Jamaica Plain to be the recipient of all their fundraising efforts.  While at Kid’s Day, children regularly engage in a variety of enriching activities that help develop academic and social skills as well as encourage the children to pursue their career goals.  The After School Program serves children, ages 5 to 13, from low-income families and families in crisis.  The vast majority of children enrolled in Kid’s Day have a history of child abuse and/or neglect.  They are residents of Roxbury, Hyde Park, Roslindale, Mattapan, and Jamaica Plain.

To join the MSPCC Champions, please contact Kristie DiSalvo or Jessica Sawyer.
