The Massachusetts Alliance For Families (MAFF) is delighted to welcome you to the the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the 2010 New England Foster Care Association (NEFCA) conference. NEFCA 2010 will give foster and adoptive parents, foster care and adoption agencies, social workers, support groups, relative caregivers, and community partners the opportunity to continue to build the skills they need to assist the children placed in their care.
