Our Programs and Services

For more than 135 years, MSPCC has been a leader in helping children to heal and thrive through parental support and education, child abuse prevention and intervention services, and clinical mental health care services designed to respond to the unique needs of infants, children, adolescents and their families. Last year, more than 22,000 children and families benefited from our work.

Recognizing the barriers that prevent and discourage families from seeking services, most of MSPCC's prevention, social work, and mental health services are home-based. MSPCC reaches out to parents to help them develop the skills to be more confident and competent as parents. Support services, training, day care and more are offered through seven community-based centers strategically located across Massachusetts.
