Each April, we recognize National Child Abuse Prevention Month and the importance of communities working together to prevent child abuse and neglect. MSPCC has a 144 year old history of protecting children and strengthening families through shaping child welfare policy and programs that provide services to those affected by abuse and neglect, and prevent abuse before it happens.
On Saturday, April 23rd, MSPCC’s 144th anniversary, many Boston landmarks and buildings will be lit in blue in recognition of Child Abuse Prevention Month. Look out for the buildings listed below on April 23, and be sure to tag us in your pictures!
