Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (MSPCC) is excited to welcome three new members to its Board of Advisors:

Fernando Dalfior is the Founder and Principal of Burlington-based real estate development firm Dalfior Development, which focuses on both commercial and residential property development across the Greater Boston area. He has been an MSPCC supporter since 2023 and resides in Lexington with his wife, Jenelle, and their daughter.

Michael Lynch is a Managing Partner in the Boston office of Kroll, a global financial and risk advisory firm, where he is part of the firm’s Valuation Advisory Services practice. With more than 23 years of valuation experience, he focuses on the technology and industrial products sectors. Lynch holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School. He has been a longtime MSPCC supporter, facilitating Kroll’s corporate volunteer events and event sponsorships and serving on the BFF Gala: Brighter Futures for Families event committee.

Joe Wetmore is the CEO, President, and Co-Founder of ClearBridge Technology Group, which he founded in 2005. At ClearBridge, he oversees corporate strategy, sales, and day-to-day operations and serves on the company’s Executive Committee, where he shares responsibility for driving revenue and setting corporate vision and strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Wetmore has been an MSPCC supporter for more than ten years and serves on the BFF Gala: Brighter Futures for Families event committee. Under his leadership, ClearBridge employees participate annually in corporate volunteer events with MSPCC.
